As i'm writing this post it's currently Wednesday 1st July and it's 33 degrees and i'm currently melting and i've drunk so much water i might as well be a walking pool. So i had bright idea to write this post of the importance of water. Water is super important not only to hydrate you but to keep your skin, eyes, nails and everything generally healthy.
Here are a few reasons as to why water is so important.
- Muscle fuel
Sweating when working out causes the muscles to lose water and when the muscles don't have enough water, they get tired, thats why when you see people working out and they get overly tired its because they're dehydrated and need some water in their muscles. So for extra energy, try drinking water to push through that final set of squats!
- Calorie
Forget other diet tricks—drinking water could also help with weight loss, drink ice cold water first thing in the morning which will make you feel fuller (well at least for me it does) .
-Clearer Skin
Certain toxins in the body can cause the skin to inflame, which results in clogged pores and acne. also drinking water helps with uneven skin tones and to reduce scaring. i have hyper pigmentation and i usually get a lot of scarring around my cheek and jawline when i pop my spots (gross i know but we all do it), drinking lots of water flush out these toxins, hydrates and reduces pimples.
Pros of drinking a lot of water:
- good for your skin
- good for your hair
- helps loose weight
- good for curing illness
- boosts energy
- helps immune system
- lessens the chance of getting cancer
- helps general health and happiness
cons of drinking a lot of water:
- i peed 6 times today
