Lunch: Sweet Potatoes w/ grilled Salmon.

                   

Dinner: Spiced Potato soup 

                   


Tuesday:
Breakfast: Pancakes w/ Banana and tea 

                    

Lunch: Grape fruit

                   

Dinner: Spiced Potatoes w/ Lemon & Herb 

                    


Wednesday:
Breakfast: Toast w/ avocado & black petter w/ tea 

                     

Lunch: Pasta w/ sweetcorn and Tuna

                             

Dinner: Chips w/ Fish and Veggies 

                           

Thursday 
Breakfast: Toast w/ peanut butter and banana and coffee 

                    

Lunch: Plain rice cakes w/ avocado and banana w/ orange juice 

                     

Dinner: Prawns w/ noodles and peppers 

                        

Friday 
Breakfast: Buttered Toast w/ coffee

                   




Lunch: Spiced Potato soup 

                    

Dinner: Sweet potato w/ Veggie Burger

                      

Saturday 


Breakfast: Toast w/ avocado, grilled tomatoes and coffee

                          



Dinner: Sweet Potato chips with an egg salad ans veggie sausages. 

                         

Sunday


Breakfast: plain rice cakes with peanut butter 

                        



Dinner: Spiced Sweet potato chips 

w/ peppers and vegetarian sausages.
