Lunch: Pasta w/ sweetcorn and Tuna
Dinner: Chips w/ Fish and Veggies
Thursday
Breakfast: Toast w/ peanut butter and banana and coffee
Lunch: Plain rice cakes w/ avocado and banana w/ orange juice
Dinner: Prawns w/ noodles and peppers
Friday
Breakfast: Buttered Toast w/ coffee
Lunch: Spiced Potato soup
Dinner: Sweet potato w/ Veggie Burger
Saturday
Breakfast: Toast w/ avocado, grilled tomatoes and coffee
Dinner: Sweet Potato chips with an egg salad ans veggie sausages.
Sunday
Breakfast: plain rice cakes with peanut butter
