So a few days ago I did a jewellery look post of what jewellery if wear to a music festival so did a makeup look to go with it, you'll find it HERE.
- I first prepped my skin and applied my Mac face and body foundation and a little bit of l'oreal Perfect match (sample) with a kabuki angled brush and applied concealer on my eyes and i used the Mac Prolong wear and did my eyebrows using the miss sporty eye pencil in 002 solid brown.
- After applying my face i started with my eyes and i applied a base colour called sun from the Elizabeth Arden palette which is shimmery gold colour and its very pigmented.
- After applying the base/transition colour, took a copper gold colour from the sleek palette (the colour with a tiny bit of blue on it for some reason) using a Royal & Langnickel BE06 bush and applied this all over my lid blending it with a big fluffy blending brush from Amazon.
- i then took the dark goldy/green colour next to the copper gold and added that to the outer corners of my eyes for a smokey look because lets face it your makeup won't stay perfect at a festival so i went with a slight smokey effect. and again used a fluffy brush to blend it all out. and i took the gold from MUA palette (left) and used a small brush to put it on the inner corners of my eyes.
- i went back to the face and put my powder on to set everything in and contoured my face and i used the Mac Studio Fix Powder and MUA Bronzer shade 2.
- i took some eyelash glue and placed it in the places i wanted to put glitter and mixed gold and green glitter together and waited a little bit for the glue to be tacky and then applied the glitter
- i then took the face paint (you can use any colour, i just happened to have white) and i put medium-ish dots on my face for that true coachella look (inspired by queen of coachella Vanessa Hudgens)
- using my 2true effortless liner i did a simple winged liner and after added some glitter on my lids and then used the MUA matte lipstick in Fancy Fawn.
